We’re thrilled to introduce the Holy Apostles Greek Festival at our beautiful new Chantilly campus at 25350 Poland Road on May 16-17, 2026.

After years of supporting beloved Greek festivals across the region, our parish is bringing that same food, music, and family-friendly tradition to Loudoun County. This two-day celebration is expected to draw over 5,000 guests from Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, and beyond.

Sponsoring the festival is a powerful way to support a local organization while putting your business in front of thousands of engaged community members. Holy Apostles Greek Orthodox Church is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity, and this festival is a church-sponsored event. Sponsorships may be tax-deductible charitable contributions, check with your tax advisor to confirm.

Presenting Sponsor | $2,500 | 1 SOLD

By becoming the only $2,500 sponsor for the 2026 Holy Apostles Greek Festival, you'll receive the following:

  • Your logo will be placed in the most prominent position on the top of the back cover of the festival's program/menu for the event.

  • You will appear as the top logo, in black and white, on the back of our festival shirts, which will be worn by all festival staff and sold at the event.

  • You will have the prominent first position on all event banners. Three banners will be in high traffic locations: near the Dining Tent, Taverna/ Stage and Food Area.

  • Your logo and/or web address will be displayed prominently on the festival's website.

  • Prominent logo display (color) on all Holy Apostles' digital advertisements and promotional efforts leading up to the event, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and e-mail promotions.

PLATINUM Sponsor | $1,000 | 4 SponsorS

By becoming a $1,000 sponsor for the 2026 Holy Apostles Greek Festival, you'll receive the following:

  • Your logo will be prominently placed in the festival's program/menu for the event. 

  • Your logo will be prominently displayed, in black and white, on the back of our festival shirts, which will be worn by all festival staff.

  • You will have the second most prominent position on all event banners. Three banners will be in high traffic locations: near the Dining tent, Taverna/ Stage, and food area.

  • Your logo and/or web address will be displayed on the festival's website.

  • Logo display (color) on all Holy Apostles' digital advertisements and promotional efforts leading up to the event, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and e-mail promotions.

gold Sponsor | $500 | 16 Sponsors

By becoming a $500 sponsor for the 2026 Holy Apostles Greek Festival, you'll receive the following:

  • Your logo will be placed in the festival's program/menu for the event.

  • You will be recognized in Gold Sponsor Position on all event banners. Three banners will be in high traffic locations: near the Dining Tent, Taverna/ Stage and Food Area.

  • Your logo and/or web address will be displayed on the festival's website.

  • Logo display (color) included in some of Holy Apostles' digital advertisements and promotional efforts leading up to the event, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and e-mail promotions.

FRIENDS & FAMILY Sponsor | $150 

By becoming a $150 sponsor for the 2026 Holy Apostles Greek Festival, you'll receive the following:

  • Your name or business name will be listed in the festival's program/menu for the event.

  • Listing on the festival's website.
